<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4316 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR RANDY D. <br />BENNETT, 8308 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 355-92 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View city Council has reviewed the <br />request of Randy D. Bennett for addi tional accessory building <br />square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by <br />Conditional Use up to 1,264 square feet of accessory building <br />square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total building square footage is <br />996 square feet which is below the maximum allowed by Municipal <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />~ this request and recommended approval in Resolution No. 351-92. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the requested conditional use permit for <br />additional accessory building square footage by Randy D. Bennett, <br />8308 Knollwood Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a. That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />b.
