CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR
CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS
WHEREAS the Mounds View City Council has determined that the
fOllowing-described tax-forfeited land is required for drainage and
ponding purposes:
Except the South 140 feet and except the West 75 feet of Lot
14; Also, Except the South 140 feet of Lot 13, Block 1,
Spring Lake Park Highlands; and
WHEREAS, acquisi tion of the above-referenced parcels
would be consistent with the City of Mounds View's Surface Water
Management Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper City
officials be and hereby are authorized to make an application for
conveyance of said tax-forfeited land for surface water management
~ purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be
and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this
resolution and application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited
land in the office of the Land Commissioner.
Adopted this 14th day of December, 1992.
