RESOLUTION NO. 4323
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO EXECUTE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 92-97 WITH KEITH HARSTAD
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the
request known as the Greenfield Estates Development, Planning
Case No. 333-91, and recommended approval of the project in
Resolution No. 339-92; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View city Council reviewed the re-
quest and approved the proposal in City Council Resolution No.
4253; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated that
the applicant enter into a Development Agreement with the City
for the approved project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of' Mounds View authorizes its Mayor and Clerk-Admin-
istrator to execute Development Agreement No. 92",...97 on behalf
of the City of Mounds View.
Adopted this 28th day of December, 1992.
