CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR EL LORO LOCATED AT 2535 COUNTY ROAD 10
WHEREAS, El Loro's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2014; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of El Loro's On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License for the period of July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, contingent on a satisfactory report
from the Mounds View Police Department, and a satisfactory criminal background check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for El Loro for the period of July 1,
2014 to June 30, 2015, contingent on a satisfactory report from the Mounds View Police
Department, and a satisfactory criminal background check.
Adopted this 12th day of May, 2014.
