CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR THE CITY TO
PARTICIPATE IN HENNEPIN COUNTY COOPERATIVE PURCHASING
WHEREAS, Hennepin County sponsors a cooperative purchasing program that is
open to any government in Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, cooperative purchasing contracts offer the advantages lower prices
and administrative timesavings.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
Mayor and Interim City Administrator to sign the joint powers agreement providing for the
City of Mounds View's membership in Hennepin County Cooperative Purchasing.
