<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5954 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR DAVID PARKER, <br />GOLF COURSE GROUNDS/EQUIPEMENT MANAGER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Parker is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View full time on May 20, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Parker's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it <br />relates to the responsibilities of Grounds/Equipment Manager outlined in the job <br />description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, David Parker's Supervisor determined that Mr. Parker has <br />more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Grounds/Equipment <br />Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from STEP ONE to STEP TWO is <br />consistent with the City's personnel policy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Grounds/Equipment <br />Manager David Parker from STEP ONE ($34,608) to STEP TWO ($36,771) <br />effective November 20, 2002. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of February 2003. <br /> <br />/.--~ <br />/.- .- - <br /> <br />~--',-M or <br />../,-- ._.f / <br />,,/ J <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />- J c...-l........}~....:.) <br /> <br />c __ <br />C~v1-'-'<-n~ <br /> <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(<:' i=AL\ <br />~)....- J <br /> <br />\ \N tserver\MasterFi les\2003\City Council\Resol utions\5954 .doc <br />
