CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR DAVID PARKER,
GOLF COURSE GROUNDS/EQUIPEMENT MANAGER
WHEREAS, David Parker is a regular full-time employee who began
working for the City of Mounds View full time on May 20, 2002; and
WHEREAS, David Parker's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it
relates to the responsibilities of Grounds/Equipment Manager outlined in the job
description; and
WHEREAS, David Parker's Supervisor determined that Mr. Parker has
more than satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Grounds/Equipment
Manager; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from STEP ONE to STEP TWO is
consistent with the City's personnel policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Grounds/Equipment
Manager David Parker from STEP ONE ($34,608) to STEP TWO ($36,771)
effective November 20, 2002.
Adopted this 24th day of February 2003.
