RESOLUTION NO. 5962
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
A POINT OF SALE PROGRAM FOR THE
BRIDGES GOLF COURSE
WHEREAS, there are funds available in the 2003 budget; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has directed staff to pursue the procurement of a point of
sale system; and,
WHEREAS, staff has investigated the available POS systems for ease of use,
cost, connectivity and efficiency, and has determined that the GreensKeeper Pro system
available through Metro Cash Register is the best system at the lowest cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorize The Bridges Golf Course purchase the Point of Sale system from Metro
Cash Register - American Point of Sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council further
authorizes the Bridges Golf Course to purchase the GreensKeeper Pro with software for
two additional users, all for the price of $6,580.29.
