<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5965 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH TWINCITIESGOLF.COM TO <br />DEVELOP AND HOST A WEBSITE FOR THE BRIDGES GOLF COURSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to use advertising dollars carefully; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, statistics have shown that a well developed website can increase golf <br />revenues. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing page on the City's website is insufficient and inadequate <br />to lure patrons to the Bridges; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff does not have the expertise to develop such a website on its <br /> <br />own. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds allocated and available within the golf course <br />budget for such an expenditure. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby recognize the need to develop a website for The Bridges Golf Course. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council authorizes the <br />Interim City Clerk/Administrator and Mayor to execute a contract with TwinCitiesgolf.com <br />for the development and hosting of a Bridges Golf Course web site for the initial <br />development fee of $1,200 and a monthly hosting fee of $49.95. <br /> <br />Adopted this 10th day of March 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />? .uJ ""- A ./ <br />.......-' ("1>---1..",,,--..,,-'~ _..... r<--~ C. ~ '--"'" <br /> <br />James Ericson, Interim City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
