CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR MICHAEL SCHNUR
WHEREAS, Michael Schnur is a regular full-time employee who began
working full-time for the City of Mounds View on April 20, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Schnur is a member of the Public Works Collective
Bargaining Unit, and as such, is subject to the job classification system as
established in the Labor Agreement with the City of Mounds View; and,
WHEREAS, on April 20, 2003, Mr. Schnur will qualify for Level D pay
scale, which is currently established at $19.32 per hour; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Schnur's work performance has been rated satisfactory
or higher by his supervisor; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Schnur's supervisor recommends that the City Council
approve a wage adjustment from Level C to Level D.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a step increase for Michael Schnur from Level C
($18.92/hr) to Level D ($19.32/hr) effective April 20, 2003.
