RESOLUTION NO. 5990
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
DESIGNATING ADDITIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City wishes to designate roadways as part of the
Municipal State Aid Street System under the provisions of the 1967 Laws of
Minnesota, Chapter 162; and
WHEREAS, said designations must be reviewed and approved by the
Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve designating the following roadway segments as
Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Mounds View, subject to the approval of
the Commissioner of the Transportation of the State of Minnesota.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public
Works Department is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified
copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for their
consideration and approval of the designation of said roads as Municipal State
Aid streets of the City of Mounds View.
Adopted this 14th day of April 2003.
