<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5994 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LONGEVITY STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />MICHAEL KAMPA, PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Kampa is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View as a full time employee on May 4, 1987, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article 26 of the LELS Labor Agreement allows for a longevity <br />step increase to nine percent (9%) of the employees base rate after 16 years of <br />continuous employment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Kampa's Supervisor determined that Michael Kampa <br />has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Patrol Officer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a longevity step increase for Patrol Officer Michael <br />Kampa from 7% to 9% of the employees base rate, effective May 4, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 28th day of April 2003. <br /> <br />.....--'--....)
