RESOLUTION NO. 5994
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LONGEVITY STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR
MICHAEL KAMPA, PATROL OFFICER
WHEREAS, Michael Kampa is a regular full-time employee who began
working for the City of Mounds View as a full time employee on May 4, 1987, and
WHEREAS, Article 26 of the LELS Labor Agreement allows for a longevity
step increase to nine percent (9%) of the employees base rate after 16 years of
continuous employment, and
WHEREAS, Michael Kampa's Supervisor determined that Michael Kampa
has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Patrol Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a longevity step increase for Patrol Officer Michael
Kampa from 7% to 9% of the employees base rate, effective May 4, 2003.
Adopted this 28th day of April 2003.
