RESOLUTION NO. 5998
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR KIRK LEITCH,
PATROL OFFICER
WHEREAS, Kirk Leitch is a regular full-time employee who began working
for the City of Mounds View as a full time employee on April 7, 2001, and
WHEREAS, Kirk Leitch's Supervisor has reviewed his performance as it
relates to the responsibilities of Patrol Officer outlined in the job description, and
WHEREAS, Kirk Leitch's Supervisor determined that Kirk Leitch has
satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Patrol Officer; and
WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from Step Three (80% of top patrol rate)
to Step Four (90% of top patrol rate) is consistent with the LELS Labor
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Patrol Officer Kirk Leitch
from Step Three ($3436.34/month) to Step Four ($3865.89/month) effective April
7,2003.
Adopted this 28th day of April 2003.
