RESOLUTION 6003
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A Resolution Approving Business Licenses for
View Market
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and
and
WHEREAS, View Market has applied for a Cigarette and Tobacco license;
WHEREAS, View Market has submitted the proper paperwork and fees
and has received the necessary approvals from various City departments, and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Cigarette and Tobacco license for View Market; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from May 1, 2003-April 30, 2004.
