RESOLUTION NO. 6018
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving
The Contracts with Lynk System, Inc. for Credit Card Processing
WHEREAS, there is a need to accept credit cards in the city; and,
WHEREAS, the costs of credit card processing more competitive; and,
WHEREAS, a savings of $750 will occur with Lynk System, Inc.; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby authorize the contract with Lynk System, Inc. for a period of three years,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council authorizes the
contract for credit card processing With Lynk System, Inc.
Adopted this 2ih day of May 2003.
