COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Approving a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC, to Place a
Donation Collection Bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472 Adams Street
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate
certain types of businesses must apply to the City for licenses; and
WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has applied for a Donation Collection Bin
License to place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472
Adams Street; and
WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has submitted the proper paperwork and fees;
and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Donation Collection Bin Licenses
must be approved by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC to
place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
shall expire on December 31, 2014.
