RESOLUTION NO. 6050
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A PATHWAY EASEMENT WITH DALE
SIEBRECHT (7310 SILVER LAKE ROAD) FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H2
PATHWAY
WHEREAS, On August 12, 2002, the City Council approved Resolution
5813 authorizing the preparation and acquisition of easements for the County
Road H2 Project; and
WHEREAS, Staff has identified a third pathway easement that will need to
be obtained to allow for the construction of the pathway; and
WHEREAS, the City's legal counsel developed a pathway easement; and
WHEREAS, Staff has estimated the value of the easement, based on
Municipal State Aid guidelines for acquiring of right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the estimated value of the easement is $2,066.11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City of Mounds View authorizes payment to Mr. Dale Siebrecht in
the amount of $2066.11 from the County Road H2 Project Fund,
contingent upon recording the pathway easement with Ramsey
County.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute
said pathway easement.
