CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO CONDUCT EXCLUDED BINGO
FOR THE FESTIVAL IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW ASSOCIATED WITH THE
FESTIVAL IN THE PARK ACTIVITIES ON AUGUST 16 & 17,2003
WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park of Mounds View has applied for an application to
conduct excluded Bingo associated with the Festival in the Park on August 16 and 17,2003;
and
WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government
(city or county) to approve a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct
such activities; and
WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park of Mounds View is in compliance with all
requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to gambling regulations; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to assist with the Festival by
approving this request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an application for Festival in the Park of Mounds View to conduct excluded
Bingo at the Festival in the Park on August 16 and 17,2003.
