RESOLUTION NO. 6069
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE POLICY FOR PUBLIC UTILITY ACCOUNT COLLECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change to a policy under which
special assessment to the property taxes shall be the primary means of collection of
delinquent utility bills, and
WHEREAS, the draft of this policy was discussed at the July 7,2003 City
Council work session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that the attached Policy for Public Utility Account Collections is adopted.
Adopted this 28th day of July 2003.
