RESOLUTION NO. 6078
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
CANCEL THE BID DATE OF AUGUST 21,2003 AND RE-ESTABLISH A BID
DATE OF SEPTEMBER 4,2003 FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H SIDEWALK
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on July 28,2003, the City Council adopted Resolution
No. 6054 establishing an August 21, 2003 bid date for the County Road H
Sidewalk Project; and
WHEREAS, additional time is needed to revise the plans and
specifications to address issues and concerns raised by the Rice Creek
Watershed District pertaining to the impacts the sidewalk may have on spring
creek; and
WHEREAS, this additional work and plan revisions will require that
the bid date be postponed; and
WHEREAS, a September 4, 2003, 10:00 a.m. bid date will provide
ample time to revise the plans and provide the required notification to
contractors.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View
City Council does hereby cancel the August 21, 2003 bid date and re-
establishing a September 4, 2003 bid date for the County Road H Sidewalk
Project.
