CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 6081 Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year July 2003 through
June 2004
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to
cover the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 and received proposed policies
from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the
period of July 2003 through June 2004 and to make payment of premiums as they become
due:
Comprehensive Municipal Coverage
Open Meeting Law
Liquor Liability Coverage
Worker's Compensation
Total
Adopted this 25th Day of August 2003.
