RESOLUTION NO. 6083
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 6083 Ordering a Street Repair at 7832 Bona Road
WHEREAS, the owners of 7832 Bona Road have requested the City of Mounds
View to construct a street repair and certify the cost as a special assessment to their
property; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest quote was from Frattalone Paving, Inc. in the amount of
$1,523.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View orders the repair of the street in front of 7832 Bona Road, awards the contract to
Frattalone Paving, Inc. in the amount of $1,523.00, and directs the cost to the charged to
the Special Projects Fund.
Adopted this 25th Day of August 2003.
