COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING SEVERANCE FOR
DAVID RADTKE
MOUNDS VIEW POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, David Radtke resigned from the Mounds View Police Department
effective August 20, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused vacation is 25.26 hours; and
WHEREAS, the balance of accrued and unused compensatory time is 3.75 hours;
and
WHEREAS, David Radtke's current rate of pay is $21.75 per hour; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused vacation time will be 25.26
accrued/unused vacation hours x his hourly rate of $21.75 = $549.41; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor
Agreement, the maximum potential payout of accrued/unused compensatory time will be
3.75 accrued/unused compensatory hours x his hourly rate of $21.75 = $81.56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
approves a one-time payout of vacation time to David Radtke not to exceed $549.41, in
accordance with Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves a
one-time payout of vacation time to David Radtke not to exceed $81.56, in accordance with
Article 23.1 of the LELS Local 204 Labor Agreement.
