RESOLUTION NO. 6089
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Approving a Contract for Security Monitoring Services
with Electro Watchman, Inc.
WHEREAS, There is a need to renew security monitoring services for The
Bridges Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, the three-year contract with ADT Security Services expires on
September 21,2003; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby authorize The Bridges to contract with Electro Watchman,
Inc. for the installation of all needed equipment at the Electro Watchman's
expense. The monitoring fee will be $109 per month or $1308 annually for the
golf facility. The five-year total will be $6540.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council
authorizes the Bridges Golf Course to contract with Electro Watchman, Inc. for
the period of a five-year contract at the cost of $1308 per year.
