CORRECTED RESOLUTION NO. 6091 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA Resolution Authorizing Certification of the Proposed General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy for Fiscal Year 2004 WHEREAS, current State Statute requires cities to certify a proposed budget and tax levy to the county auditor; and, WHEREAS, guidelines established by the Commissioner of Revenue require certification to occur on or before September 15, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Department of Revenue has certified Local Government Aid and Market Value Credits payable in 2004. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the proposed budget for the General Fund for fiscal year 2004 is $4,669,495. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed 2004 base property tax levy is $2,832,903 and the proposed2004 special levies are $74,353 for a total net property tax levy of $2,907,256. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director shall certify these amounts to the Ramsey County Auditor. Adopted this 22nd Day of September 2003.
