YWTH ACTNITIES COMMITTEE
' Meeting he13 at Village Hall- 2401 No. Highway 10, on February
12th, 1962.
Members present were: Mayor Allan B. Crane
Mrs. Fran Muller
Mrs: Betty Wall
Mrs. Ruth Van Reese
Mrs: Florence Carnes
Mrs. Bernice Lindeman
p�,�se ef Committee: paovide and supervise outdoor and indoor
reCreation activities for Mounds View Youth.

1. The Committee's primasy objective is to provide reereat-
ion for Mounds View Youth, however Youth from other arsas
will not be excluded
2. At some activities the Committee may require an admission
charge.
3. The Committee will paovide a proper number of chaperones.
4. The Park and Playgrounds Committee will purchase and pro-
vide equipment for use by Youth Activities Committes.
5. No child under 18 years of age will be allowed to smoke
while on Village property:
6. The Youth Activities Committee (YAC) will submit to the
Park and Playground Committee a list of equipment nseds
to be used to determine the Park and Playgrounds budget.
?his list should be submitted by August 15th each year.
7. The Youth Activities Committee wfll sponsor a Youth
Club which will elect it�s own Board of Directors. The
Board of Direetors will operate according to by-laws
approved by the YAC.
