The disbursements to da4e are �4,509.25, leaving a
balance of Y2,490.75.
It wae suggeated tha4 we buy a snow blower for our
tr8etor. Mr. Barry will eheck on the price of a cab
shield and a snow blower.
There will be a new proeedure for the skating rink
attendants. Fiast they will apply for the job of rink
attendent by filling out ar application at the villaye
hall. The deadline for these applications if Nov. 22.
?hen there will be a meeting of all the applicants
at the Hall. They wi11 be *.old what their responsibili�ies
will be. For instaneea, each boy will find his own re-
placement from the list of �pplicants or his parents
whenever he cannot work at the rink. He will turn in
his houra at the village hall. He will call in only if
he cannoi work anci wili :nake his *enox4 to either Mrs.
Amy Hodgea or to Mr. Gross.
We will rent Satelites for each rink. Mr. H�dges
w111 check on the price and sent them for about three
months.
The secretary will purchase three 9arbage cana,
normal size, one for each rink. Mr. Gross will steneil
the village name on each can.
We decided to change the locks on all the rinks,
so that the same key will open all the locks. Mr. Barry
will order these l�cks.
Mr. Barry will also contect someone to level all
the rinks.
More lighting wiil be installed o�y the Hillview
playgxound fos the hockey rink. Hockey boards will be
instalied on Nillview. Mr. Hodge^ end Mr. Barry will
eheck on the price of the boards.
