RESOLUTION NO. 6100
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO A ONE-FOOT PARKING AREA SETBACK AT THE
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2508 HILLVIEW ROAD
WHEREAS, property owners Tom and Judy Dreshar have applied for a permit to
install a parking pad adjacent to their garage at 2408 Hillview Road; and,
WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code allows for parking and driveways with a one-
foot setback with the consent of the adjacent property owner; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is the property owner adjacent to the Dreshars
near the proposed parking area; and,
WHEREAS, as the property owner, the City has to provide its consent in order for
the parking area to be installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby consent to the parking area installed one-foot from the property line adjacent to the
garage at 2408 Hillview Road.
