CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wayne Burmeister at 7 : 00 p .m. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present : Wayne Burmeister , Jerry Linke , Donna Bowman, Wayne Weflen, Frank Silvis . Commissioners Absent : Marilynne Dennehy, Gordon Fedor , Lloyd Scott , and Ed Letendre . Councilmember Present : Willard Doty III Staff Present : Director Anderson, Program Supervisor Saarion, and Student Intern Johnson . Visitors : Mr . Robert Stone , representing Lake Region Hockey. APPROVAL OF Frank Silvis moved approval of the minutes . Donna Bowman MINUTES seconded the motion. Motion carried . S ayes 0 nayes CHAIRMAN 'S REPORT Gordon Fedor does not wish to be re-appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission. Staff indicated that a formal letter of resignation is required by the City Council . Motion passed. 5 ayes 0 nayes Motion was made by Wayne Burmeister to reduce the hours daily at Greenfield and Groveland rinks and to keep a tally of attendance and times for future reference . Frank Silvis seconded the motion.
