RESOLUTION NO. 6111
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
COUNTY ROAD H2 STREET PROJECT - CHANGE ORDER NO.3
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF INFILTRATION SYSTEMS, TOPSOIL,
MEDIAN, RETAINING WALL, AND PATHWAY SEGMENTS ALONG COUNTY
ROAD 10
WHEREAS, there are several items that are recommended to be
added to the County Road H2 Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, said items are: infiltration systems, topsoil, median,
retaining wall, and pathway segments along County Road 10; and
WHEREAS, said items are not included in the original bid; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of these items is $134,903.58 and
the funds to finance them will be derived from the City's Municipal State Aid
Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That Change Order NO.3 for the County Road H2 Street Improvement
Project is hereby approved.
2. That said Change Order is for construction and installation of infiltration
systems, topsoil, median, retaining wall, and pathway segments along
County Road 10.
3. That the funds to finance Change Order No.3 will be derived from the
City's Municipal State Aid Account.
Adopted this 13th day of October 2003.
