Commissioners present: Frank Silvis, David Long,
Waync Weflen, Wayne Burmeister.
Commissioners absent: Ed Letendre, Donna BOwman,
Cindy Wermager.
Councilmember pre,ent: IIill Doty
Staff present: Director Anderson and Program Super-
visor Saarion.
APPROVAL OF THE Motion to approve the minutes of December 16, 1982 was

secondod by Com�ni.ssionec Waync Weflen. Motion passed.

.. COMPOSTING The commission discussed the articles on the topic
m�_� of compostinq. It was agreed that the Cit}• should
.--..� look into beqi.nnin9 such a pro9ram to handle the
Fall leaves. Fick Wriskey, City Forester, will attend
thc PeUruary mceLin9 and givc �ddiCional information
on pursuing such a project.
PARK DEDICATLON The commission reviewed the staff report for cash or
LOT SUI3DIVISION land dedication in regards to the minor lot subdivision
on Silvcr Lake Road. Conunissioncr Silvic made a motion
to accept the cash dedication of 10 percent of the
appraised value of the property or $2,800.00 to be
desi9naced for usc at the nearesl- neighborhood park.
The motion was seconded by Wayne 6urmeister. Motion
passed. 5 ayes

to adopt the policy as revised. Commissioner Wayne

ARCIIL•'RY Girector Anderson distributed correspondence regarding
resident's requesCS to develop an archery tanqe within
the City. The Commission requested to be kept apprised
of fuLUre development.

meetiny. 'Phc motion was seconded by Commission Weflen.
