RESOLUTION 6112
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission consists of
members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the majority of the City Council;
and,
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacant seat to fill; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission made a motion
recommending that the Mayor appoint John Kroeger as chairperson and Jerome Kunz
as vice-chairperson.
WHEREAS, the May, with the approval of the majority of the City Council
appoints a City representative to the Parks and Recreation Commission and appoints a
chairperson and vice-chairperson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that the Mayor and the City Council do
hereby approve the following:
1. Shari Kunza to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission with a
term expiration of December 31, 2006.
2. John Kroeger to serve as chairperson on the Parks and Recreation
Commission.
3. Jerome Kunz to serve as vice-chairperson on the Parks and Recreation
Commission.
Adopted this 13th day of October 2003.
