RESOLUTION NO. 8313 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br /> FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2014-003 <br /> WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has requested approval of the final plat for the <br /> major subdivision of their three parcels; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described lands are zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, and <br /> legally-described as: <br /> That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br /> lying Northeasterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 10, and the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, except that part <br /> lying Southwesterly of the Northerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 10, all in Section <br /> 8, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the United States <br /> Government Survey thereof. <br /> PIN's 08-30-23-42-0001 and 08-30-23-42-0012 <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Mounds View Business Park 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> PIN 08-30-23-42-0011 <br /> WHEREAS, Multi-Tech Systems has submitted a Final Plat for the major <br /> subdivision which creates 3 different parcels; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is not within a designated wetland area; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, a duly-noted public hearing was held on Monday, September 22, <br /> 2104; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the community development and public works staff have reviewed <br /> the final plat and finds that it satisfies the minimum subdivision requirements as <br /> articulated in Titles 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code and complies <br /> with county platting requirements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204.04, Subd. 4, the subdivision is <br /> subject to a park dedication fee of$115,426.00; and, <br />
