RESOLl;TION APPROVING A:\" AREA IDEXTIFICA TION SIGN FOR SCOTLAND
GREEN APARTME:\TS AT 2662 COlJNTY ROAD 112
\VIIEREAS, Eileen Evans, on behalf of Scotland Grecn Apartmcnts, has applied for an
arc a identification sign for a multi-family residential complex on land locatcd west of Long Lakc
Road, south of Siln:r Vic\\" Park, cast of Park Vicw Drive and north or County Road H2; and,
\VHEREAS, the subject parccl is located at the northwest corner of the intcrsection of
Long Lake Road and County Road H2; and,
\VHEREAS, the subject property has an area of'20.14 acrcs; and
\VHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-4, High Density Residential and is a 385-
unit Illulti-family complex; and,
\VHEREAS, Scction 1008.11 Subdivision 4 ofthc Municipal Code grants the authority
to the City Council to allow an for area identification sign for multi-family complexes; and,
\VHEREAS, the plans date-stamped.lanuary 21,2004 shows the sign at the interscction
of Long Lakc Road and County Road H2, bchind thc thi11y-foot sight triangle; and,
\VIIEREAS, the ~1ounds View City Council has revicwcd thc following documents
regarding this proposal:
