RESOLUTION NO. 6175
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH POPP TELECOM
FOR LOCAL TELEPHONE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds has received a quote from POPP Telecom for
local telephone service; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the
City to receive this service from POPP Telecom.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the
Mayor to sign a three-year contract with Popp Telecom for local telephone service with the
provision that there shall be one free month of service each year and that the monthly
rates for the listed services are not to exceed the following:
T-1 / PRI Circuit
Voice/Internet Channels
Analog Lines
Direct-In-Dialing Numbers
$150.00
$21.00 per channel
$25.95 per channel
$0.15 per number
Adopted this 26th day of January 2004.
