RESOLUTION NO. 6180
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION FROM SICK LEAVE FOR HEALTH FACILITY
MEMBERSHIP
WHEREAS, Section 3.20 of the Mounds View Personnel Manual states
employees are reimbursed for a health club membership in exchange for accrued sick
leave; and
WHEREAS, currently employees that participate must have a minimum balance
and must maintain 80 hours sick leave; and
WHEREAS, rates for health facility membership have increased at an average of
$55.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes an
increase in health facility membership from $40.00 to $55.00 effective January 1, 2004.
Adopted this 26th day of January, 2004.
