CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE TO FILL AN INTERNSHIP
POSITION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View Community Development Department has an
immediate need to fill an internship position; and,
WHEREAS, the Internship position would primarily perform routine inspections and
code enforcement support; and,
WHEREAS, qualified individuals would have experience in municipal inspections and
trained in the technical aspects of building codes; and,
WHEREAS, the internship would last for no more than 26 weeks and would involve no
more than 20 hours per week.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds View
authorizes staff to prepare and post an advertisement for the part-time temporary position of
"INTERN" within the Community Development Department.
