RESOLUTION NO. 6184
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION TO DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE AN ORDINANCE TO
REVISE TITLE 400 OF CITY CODE
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has by a majority vote
requested on numerous occasions that all applications for any City Board or
Commission be supplied for all members of the Council to review; and
WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Charter clearly states, "the Mayor have
no administrative duties."

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator
and/or their designee are hereby directed to review and prepare an Ordinance for
adoption amending Title 400 of the City Code in a manner in line with the
attached markup language in which additions are underscored and deletions are
marked with strikeout. A marker in the right margin indicates all changed
sections.
