CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving a Soft Drink Supplier
Agreement for the Bridges Golf Course
WHEREAS, There is a Financial Benefit to renew a Beverage Contract;
and,
WHEREAS, The Pepsi Bottling Group will partner with the City of Mounds
View for a the five-year contract; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby authorize the partnership with The Pepsi Bottling Group,
.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that Mayor and City
Council authorizes the City of Mounds View and The Pepsi Bottling Group to
enter into a Partnership Agreement for a term of Five Years as specified in the
contract.
