CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving a Business License
for
Applebaum Companies, LLC, dba Big Top Liquors
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to sell
intoxicating liquor must apply to the City for a license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held before intoxicating liquor
licenses may be granted; and
WHEREAS, Applebaum Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors) has
applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license at 2577 Highway 10; and
WHEREAS, Applebaum Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors) has
submitted the proper paperwork and fees and has received the necessary approvals
from various City departments and outside organizations; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City
Council does hereby approve an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for Applebaum
Companies, LLC (dba Big Top Liquors); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing
period shall be from May 11, 2004-June 30, 2005.
