COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RENEWAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View first entered into an agreement with
Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and,
WHEREAS, the Northeast Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare
youth and families for healthy lives; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northeast
Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for almost 40
years; and,
WHEREAS, the current Agreement expires at the end of 2014 and will need
to be renewed to continue to receive the services provided by Northeast Youth and
Family Services; and,
WHEREAS, the Agreement includes a termination provision should the City of
Mounds View or Northeast Youth and Family Services ever desire to end its
association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does hereby approve the renewal of the attached Agreement with Northeast Youth
and Family Services for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2015.
Adopted this 8th day of December, 2014.
