STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE LOCATED AT
2228 HILLVIEW ROAD
WHEREAS, Benjamin Strehlo has applied for a Residential Kennel License
located at 2228 Hillview Road; and
WHEREAS, Benjamin Strehlo currently owns three (3) dogs; and
WHEREAS, the dogs are licensed with the City in accordance with the Mounds
View City Code, and the property is currently fenced; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the
City; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Strehlo is renting the property located at 2228 Hillview Road and
submitted written permission from the landowners, Mark Hagemann and Christine
Coderre, giving Mr. Strehlo permission to have all three (3) dogs; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing
notices to registered landowners or those occupying the land within five hundred feet
(500') radius of 2228 Hillview Road; and
WHEREAS, this license will expire on June 30, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council
does grant a Residential Kennel License to Benjamin Strehlo located at 2228 Hillview
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire
on June 30, 2015.
