RESOLUTION NO. 6247
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
AUTHORIZING APPROVING THE LEASE FOR A COPY MACHINE FROM
SAVIN
WHEREAS, the City needs to replace the copy machine in the
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, Savin Credit Corporation submitted the lowest cost
proposal; and
WHEREAS, Savin Credit Corporation will also properly dispose of the
old copy machine and duplicator at no additional cost to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Mounds View that a 60 month lease for a Ricoh 4045eSP copier at $168.00
per month and a maintenance agreement on the copier at the rate of $511.20 per
year for the first 72,000 copies per year plus $0.0071 per additional copy are
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the
leases and maintenance agreements.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the disposal of the Stringer 7320
copier and RA4200 duplicator with Savin Inc. is approved.
