<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6255 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE MOUNDS VIEW GOALS PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in March of 2004, the City Council and Department Heads held a <br />"Leadership - Planning - Team Building" retreat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Department Heads discussed the past, present, and <br />future and responded with a plan to address the challenges facing the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council and Department Heads developed a shared vision for <br />success by agreeing on a Mounds View Goals Program, which reads: <br /> <br />Mounds View Goals Program <br /> <br />Goal #1: <br /> <br />To Continue to Provide Quality Services with Limited Resources <br /> <br />Goal #2: <br /> <br />To Improve the City's Infrastructure <br /> <br />Goal #3: <br /> <br />To Develop a Long Term (Ten Year) Community Vision and Goals <br /> <br />Goal #4: <br /> <br />To Enhance the City's Revenue Streams <br /> <br />Goal #5: <br /> <br />To Improve the City's Housing Stock <br /> <br />Goal #6: <br /> <br />To Implement the Redevelopment and Revitalization Plan for County <br />Highway 10 <br /> <br />Goal #7: <br /> <br />To Initiate a Study of Possible Improvements in How the City Delivers its <br />Services <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />adopt the City of Mounds View Goals Program. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />/c /~',f/id 10 ,S/(I/ 1 (efIIY.) <br />CouncilmembeYStigney <br />~/~----- <br /> <br />Counci/",( ber I>unn . / cor"1'ember Marty <br />[/ A-~' c;: L\ ~ <br /> <br />~ City Administrator UlrlCh- <br />
