COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution 6260 Certifying the Reapportionment of Assessments for Messiah
Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2848 County Road H2
WHEREAS, Resolution 6124 was passed by the City Council of the City of Mounds
View on October 13, 2003 to certifying the special assessments levy for the County Road
H2 street improvement project; and
WHEREAS, under Resolution 6124, assessments were levied on properties owned
by Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church on the following PINs and amounts:
PIN: 7 30 23 31 0005
PIN: 7 30 23 31 0051
PIN: 7 30 23 31 0051
$2,271.02
$8,745.05
$2,836.08; and
WHEREAS, the properties listed above have since been consolidated into PIN
7 302331 0052.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds
View that the special assessment levy against the property owned by Messiah Evangelical
Lutheran Church for the County Road H2 Street Improvement be correctly certified to the
Auditor of Ramsey County for collection as follows:
