CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
ABC Liquor
WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2004; and
WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor
License; and
WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is subject to a satisfactory
fire inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does
hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for ABC Liquor subject to satisfaction of
pending Fire Marshal orders.
Adopted this 28th day of June, 2004.
