RESOLUTION NO. 6290
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
SET AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR JULY 12, 2004, AT 6:00 P.M. TO
REVIEW THE WATER VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT STUDY
WHEREAS, on June 12, 2002, the Public Health Security and
Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act became law; and
WHEREAS, this new legislation, enforced by the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), requires all community water
systems serving more than 3,300 people to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment;
and
WHEREAS, the Water Vulnerability Assessment has been
completed and sent to the United States Environmental Protection Agency
(USEPA) for review; and
WHEREAS, in an effort to keep the City Council informed on this
matter, Mark Wallis of the engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and
Associates (BRAA) will provide a review and update on the City's Water
Vulnerability Assessment at an executive session.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View
City Council does hereby set an Executive Session to be held at City Hall on July
12,2004, at 6:00 P.M. to review the Water Vulnerability Assessment Study.
Adopted this 28th day of June 2004.
