RESOLUTION NO. 6305
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL
REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2003
WHEREAS, the city staff has prepared a Comprehensive Annual Financial
Report for the City of Mounds View for the year ended December 31,2003; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co.,
P.A. was appointed by the City Council to audit this report and they have issued
their Management Letter and Special Purpose Audit Reports regarding the
Annual Financial Report; and
WHEREAS, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., P.A.
reviewed these reports before the City Council at this meeting; and
WHEREAS, Note 4D on page 57 of the Comprehensive Annual Financial
Reports lists receivables/payables between city funds.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View that the comprehensive annual financial report for the year ended
December 31,2003 is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payables to and receivables from
other funds in the amounts identified in the Annual Financial Report in Note 4D
are approved by the City Council.
