RESOLUTION NO. 6312
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
ADJUSTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLE FOR THE 2003 STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on May 24, 2004, the City Council held an assessment hearing and
adoption a Special Assessment Levy for the 2003 Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, there is an issue with Lot 10 of Block 7 of the Silver Lake Woods
Condominium plat because this particular parcel was platted with ten (10) separate
property identification numbers (P.I.N.), two of which were for garages; and
WHEREAS, the two garage lots should not have been assessed, and Staff
recommends that the assessment role for the 2003 Street Improvement Project be
adjusted by eliminating these two parcels from the assessment role.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows:
1.
Adjust the assessment role for the 2003 Street Improvement by removing
parcels:
PIN# 07-30-23-14-0493 garage parcel owned by Mr. Dan Osterhouse
PIN# 07-30-23-14-0491 garage parcel owned by Ms. Clare Markland
2. Authorizes and directs Staff to submit the revised assessment role to the
County.
Adopted this 26th day of July, 2004.
